Flip Intel ("we", "us", "the service") is an AI connector that lets you ask questions about your eBay store from inside an AI chat application like Claude.ai or ChatGPT. We read data from eBay using their official API, do server-side aggregation and analysis, and return the answers to your AI chat. We're operated by Enrique Ramirez (sole proprietor) in the United States.
You need to be at least 18, have a valid eBay seller account that you own or are authorized to manage, and have an account with an AI chat provider that supports MCP-style connectors.
When you subscribe, we generate an API key tied to your account. Treat this key like a password:
You can cancel anytime — there's a cancel link in every billing email, and you can also email us. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account is deactivated.
We don't issue partial-month refunds. If you forget to cancel a trial and get charged for a month you didn't intend to use, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it as a one-time courtesy.
You can upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Don't use Flip Intel to:

We are not your books. Flip Intel reports what eBay's API tells us at the moment we ask. eBay's API has known limitations: data lags by minutes to days for some endpoints, fees may be re-categorized after the fact, and some historical fields are not available beyond 90 days.
Use our reports for decision support, not for tax filing, accounting, or legal compliance. eBay's seller dashboard, your bookkeeper, and your accountant are the systems of record for those purposes.
We don't guarantee 100% accuracy of any analytic, summary, or insight produced by the service.
Anything Flip Intel surfaces — top-product recommendations, fee analyses, growth signals — is informational. It is not financial advice, tax advice, business advice, or legal advice. You make your own business decisions; we don't insure them.
Flip Intel relies on services we don't control:
We work to minimize downtime but don't guarantee any specific uptime SLA.
You can terminate by canceling your subscription. We can terminate or suspend your account if:
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Flip Intel is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost sales, or lost data.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights (including eBay's terms).
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to that venue.
